Amendments in Trade License

Having a trade license is a basic requirement for carrying out any commercial activity in the UAE. Business licenses fall into three categories:

Commercial licenses - cover almost all types of trading activities.
Professional licenses - self-explanatory, covering all professions and services.
Industrial licenses - permit any industrial or manufacturing activity.

Applicable license changes

The following changes are allowed in the License Amendments section:

Trade name change
Adding, modifying or withdrawing a business activity
Change of business location
Change of local sponsor
Modify or add any management information
Adding or removing a partner/partners
Change in the authorized capital
